By using the InvoiceCV app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

  • InvoiceCV provides tools to create invoices, quotes, CVs and PDF utilities for freelancers and small businesses in the GCC.
  • Invoices you create are general commercial documents; you are responsible for their accuracy and for complying with your country's e-invoicing or tax rules (e.g. FATOORA/ZATCA in Saudi Arabia). InvoiceCV is not a certified e-invoicing provider unless explicitly stated.

2. Your account

  • Your details must be accurate and you must keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans (Pro, Business) are monthly or yearly subscriptions at the price shown in the app before purchase.
  • Via the App Store or Google Play: payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or turn off auto-renew in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy.
  • Via online payment on the website: a one-time payment for the chosen period with no automatic card renewal.
  • Restore purchases on the plans screen re-links a store subscription to your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service for fraud, forging documents, infringing others' rights, uploading unlawful content or attempting to breach the service.

5. Content and ownership

  • Your data and documents remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the service. The brand, app and templates belong to InvoiceCV.

6. Disclaimer and liability

  • The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any CV or invoice will be accepted by a given party. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
